If you choose to order an item through us that is not currently in stock (pre-order items or back-order items), any monies payed, whether a deposit or full amount, will not be refundable once we have placed the order with our suppliers. If you require a refund and you are not sure if we have placed the order yet, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once any pre-ordered or back-ordered items have been delivered to us by our suppliers, these items will not be released to you if any monies are outstanding. This includes balance of payment, payment for delivery, etc.
If we have received a pre-ordered or back-ordered item for you and payment has not been completed within one month of you being notified it is ready to be sent to you, we will retain any deposits paid as a restocking fee and will return this item to our inventory, cancelling your order. If you have paid for more than 50% of the value of the item, any amount over 50% of the original amount quoted (including shipping, GST and any other reasonable costs), will be refunded to you if we are able to contact you to do so.
We will always take all reasonable steps to contact you and ensure you get your pre-ordered or back-ordered items. We only have the above policies to cover our butts, because this is a small business and we’re not rolling in cash!
